What you need to bring:
Any specimen samples or PREVIOUS RECORDS that you were asked to provide
A well charged CELL PHONE
A FACE MASK
THE APPOINTMENT AND DROP OFF PROCEDURE:
When you arrive in the parking lot please call 603-228-0019 and one of our staff will check you in. Our phone number is posted on the side of our building in very large numbers. We ask that you please be on time. Please keep your phone line open so you don’t miss any calls from our techs or doctor. Please remain in the parking lot for the duration of the appointment. Leaving during your appointment causes a delay that affects the next appointment. Any clients that choose to leave the parking lot will incur a drop off fee.
After check-in a technician will call you to discuss what is to be done during the exam and any concerns that you may have about your pet. The technician will then meet you at our front door to receive your pet. You may not enter the building. Please wear a mask that covers your nose and mouth during this exchange. Our technicians are not allowed to approach anyone closer than 6 feet who is not wearing a mask.
LEAVING YOUR PET FOR THE DAY:
If you are dropping your pet off for grooming, hospitalization or surgery, we will contact you and let you know what time to return to pick them up.
EXAM WITH THE DOCTOR:
If you are here for an appointment you may then return to your car and at the end of the exam the doctor will call to discuss any findings, treatments or diagnostics recommended. Please keep your phone line open so the doctor is able to reach you.
PAYING FOR YOUR SERVICES:
After speaking with the doctor you will be transferred to a receptionist and they will take your payment. Our reception team will text you a link to be able to pay your invoice online when you check in. Paying online is fast and easy and provides the least amount of contact for our staff and you. You may also pay with a credit card over the phone, or if you would prefer we can take your credit card, check or cash in person at the front door.
As soon as payment is received, we will ask you to make your way to the front door and the technician will bring your pet back to you.
*If you do not have a cell phone please knock on the front door and as soon as a receptionist is available they will come and check you in.
MEDICATIONS AND FOOD:
If you need to pick up medications or food please call ahead, pay over the phone and we will put them outside for you in our pre-paid medication or food bin.

Doggie Daycare is open 6:40-6:00 M-F

The new daycare building is open, but we are still not allowing clients inside.
Doggie Daycare Parents, please text from your car upon your arrival and we will be out to get your dog.
Boarding is open!
Please call the office to make your reservations. As usual, all dogs must be up to date on rabies, distemper and kennel cough vaccines and all cats must be up to date on rabies and distemper prior to scheduling boarding arrangements.
We will be working with a very limited staff so we appreciate your patience and understanding as we try to move through these uncertain times.
