Staying home alone all day is boring. Unfortunately, boredom can cause bad behaviors like destructive chewing, digging, licking, scratching and barking.

Doggie Daycare at Pembroke Animal Hospital allows your pup to spend their day playing and socializing with other canines and our staff of dog-lovers! Dogs are sorted into groups with similar temperaments and let out to play together in our spacious outdoor yard. Grass, dirt, trees, toys, and friends – what more could a dog want?

Requirements for Daycare:

All participants must be up-to-date on Rabies, Kennel Cough, and Distemper vaccines. Because of the grassy, wooded nature of our daycare yard, the Lyme disease and leptospirosis vaccines are strongly recommended. Flea and tick prevention should be applied monthly. A stool sample must be examined for intestinal parasites every six months, and it is important to give your dog their monthly heartworm/intestinal parasite preventative.  We also require that all dogs over 6 months of age be spayed or neutered.
