Going out of town can be very stressful. Why add the worry of leaving your pets home when they can come and stay with their friends at Pembroke Animal Hospital?
Pembroke Animal Hospital has indoor/outdoor runs with heated floors for winter and air conditioning for summer as well as inside cages for cats and smaller dogs. Our large fenced in yards are available for additional canine exercise during the day.
During your pet's stay they will receive regular exercise as well as individual attention from our loving patient care crew. Because we're an animal hospital first, special needs and medications are no problem for our team. We happily provide accommodations, food, blankets, litter boxes, dishes and love. If your pet is on a special diet, please remember to bring that along. Favorite toys are welcome as well!
To board, cats must be up-to-date on rabies and distemper vaccines. Dogs need to be up-to-date on rabies, distemper, and kennel cough vaccines and have had a negative intestinal parasite test (fecal test) done within the last 6 months. We will need proof of vaccination status prior to making boarding reservations. To participate in play groups, dogs over 6 months of age must be neutered/spayed.
Boarding check-in is available: Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:00pm and Saturday from 8:00am - 12:00pm
Pets can be picked up: Monday-Friday from 7:00am - 5:30pm and Saturday from 8:00am - 12:00pm.
Pets picked up before 11 am will not be charged for the day they go home.
Please note, the front office is closed for check-in and pick-up on Sundays.
