Dr. Rachel Luksic
Dr. Rachel Luksic has recently joined the PAH staff as both a large and small animal veterinarian. Dr. Luksic grew up in the northeast, completed her undergraduate work in Massachusetts, and graduated from Oregon State University Veterinary College.
